Title: Investment Banking Associate, Mergers & Acquisitions
Location: New York, NY
Our client, a leading independent investment bank is looking for a Sr. Analyst or Associate to join their Mergers & Acquisitions group in New York City. This opportunity will offer exposure to complex public and private company M&A transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Perform extensive valuation, due diligence, and complex M&A analyses
- Play a key role in all aspects of the M&A execution process
- Work alongside best-in-class M&A bankers
Requirements:
- Prior Analyst and/or Associate level experience with another Investment Bank or M&A Advisory firm is strongly preferred
- Meaningful M&A execution experience is required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
