Title: Investment Reporting Analyst

Our client, a key player managing diverse insurance companies and ancillary businesses with approximately $10 billion in invested assets, is actively seeking an Investment Reporting Analyst for the holding company. The holding company oversees critical functions such as asset management, accounting, and strategic support, including the formulation of investment strategies, management of financing and acquisitions, and support for insurer liabilities and capital modeling.
About the Job:
As an integral part of the team, this role involves close collaboration with portfolio managers, operations, and accounting teams to monitor the performance of a wide range of investments and generate both routine and ad hoc reports.
What You Will Do:
- Contribute to analyzing and crafting performance reports for investors, senior management, and regulators within the front office.
- Extract, evaluate, and synthesize financial and performance data to meet surveillance and reporting objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the front office, as well as risk/analytics professionals, in the booking and monitoring of new transactions.
- Monitor data quality in investment management and accounting systems, actively participating in process improvement initiatives.
- Take charge of overseeing the fee invoicing process for various funds.
What You Will Need:
- Substantial professional experience in a similar role (ideally 3+ years) with exposure to complex non-traditional fixed-income investments, including structured credit, real estate, and private credit.
- Proven experience in creating new report templates and implementing reporting frameworks/processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills within a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
- Proficient in advanced Excel skills (VBA preferred), with additional experience in data analytics and programming considered a plus.
