- Set up and manage security solutions; * Manage Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policies across many sites;
- Tune, troubleshoot, and maintain applications and infrastructure;
- Assist in the development of infrastructure and capacity;
- Assist in the development, testing, and planning of disaster recovery processes.
- Cloud Platform response for system maintenance and optimisation;
- Follow up on any impromptu tasks.
- 2-8 years of support experience is preferred;
- High diploma or degree in information technology, computer engineering, computer science, or similar subject;
- Self-driven, focused, and with a feeling of urgency;
- Strong problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting expertise with both hardware and software;
- Organised and capable of multitasking;
- Excellent knowledge of the Mandarin language.
