Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain ITSM processes by designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions as a team.
- Combine business requirements with best practices to create added value.
- Implement interfaces to enhance automation.
- Support the operation and improvement of a user-centered service portal and other communication channels.
- Introduce and develop additional business processes and modules on the existing platform.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics.
- Extensive experience in software development and ServiceNow interface integration.
- Strong understanding of process and workflow integration.
- Expertise in ITIL, ITSM, and service processes.
- Excellent written and spoken skills in both German and English.
