Job Title: Lower Middle Market Corporate Lending - Senior Underwriter

The buy-side division of a prominent multinational conglomerate is looking for an experienced credit professional who has worked on the acquisition, recapitalization, restructuring, leveraged buyout, and refinancing transactions in the Lower Middle Market. The candidate will be responsible for spearheading the creation of the firms new Lower Middle Market lending strategy and will lead the underwriting and risk management for the deal team. Responsibilities:
- Drive the expansion and execution of Lower Middle Market credit transactions
- Oversee the entire portfolio and help manage the restructuring/workout process
- Conducting the due diligence, mitigating risk, and managing the overall deal process
- Formulating a comprehensive business plan to establish the company's presence in the Lower Middle Market
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of credit experience
- 5+ years of Lower Middle Market experience
