1. Strong Origination Capabilities - The ideal candidate must have excellent origination capabilities as they will be responsible for identifying potential investment banking deals that align with our clients' needs.
2. French Speaking Proficiency - As this position requires constant communication and negotiations within France's business community, fluency in French is essential.
3.Generalist Industry Knowledge- We are looking to hire someone who has experience working across different industries like healthcare, technology or consumer goods etc., rather than just specializing one niche area
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will lead all aspects of the mergers & acquisitions process from deal sourcing through execution while also managing relationships with key stakeholders such as investors, legal counsel teams and other relevant parties involved throughout transactions.
