Title: Managing Director - M&A Technology
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Managing Director for our client in London, United Kingdom. Our client is a specialist boutique Investment Bank, who are deeply specialized in Technology Investment Banking.
Qualifications:
- At least 13 years of experience
- Proven track record within technology sector, with special interest in MedTech, Legal or Financial Software.
- Strong network within investment banking industry.
- Coverage of different geographical area outside of UK.
- Experience with Northern England coverage could be complementary.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written along with strong presentation abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure whilst ensuring attention to detail remains uncompromised throughout tasks undertaken independently or as part of team collaborations.
Responsibilities:
- Leading all aspects of deal sourcing activities.
- Overseeing due diligence processes & negotiations during deals execution.
- Building relationships with clients by providing value-added services that exceed their expectations while focusing on long-term strategic objectives.
