Title: Seeking an Experienced M&A VP/Director - BioTech/Pharma in London
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced M&A professional to join our client, a leading transaction advisory firm. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 5-10 years of experience in Healthcare Consultancy, Investment Banking or Corporate Finance who can demonstrate strong transaction experience and deep expertise in MedTech, HealthTech, BioTech or Pharma sectors.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) preferably in healthcare management from a reputable institution.
* 5-10 years of experience in Healthcare Consultancy, Investment Banking or Corporate Finance
* Technically proficient (valuations, modeling skills)
* Proven track record of delivering successful transactions (end-to-end M&A transaction in the sector)
* Experience working on complex cross-border transactions
* Exceptional analytical skills coupled with sound commercial acumen
