Responsibilities:
- Lead a dynamic behavioral health team, fostering collaboration and excellence.
- Work closely with medical counterparts to ensure seamless integrated care delivery.
- Utilize data analysis to implement processes that enhance health outcomes and reduce costs.
- Oversee staff development to ensure person-centered care planning and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
- Promote engagement in treatment, reduce healthcare costs, and improve access to housing and community resources.
Qualifications:
- Clinical licensure in the state of practice with significant supervisory experience in a behavioral health-related field.
- Experience in settings serving individuals with complex behavioral health needs, preferably with government-sponsored populations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
