The Portfolio Transformation Associate will be responsible forโฆ
- Due diligence, strategic planning, financial analysis, deal structuring, negotiation, regulatory and compliance, etc.
- Perform extensive financial modeling to evaluate target companies through LBO analysis
- Acquire first and secondary research in respect to a target's industry
- Engage with third-party due diligence providers
- Present investment findings with detailed transactions, companies, and industries
The Portfolio Transformation Associate should have the following qualificationsโฆ
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in financial modeling, financial due diligence, and forecasting
