This firm employs a generalist approach to invest across sectors including industrials, manufacturing and business services. This person will be able to work the deal processes cradle to grave as well as execute any deals that they source.
This is an opportunity to work with some of the brightest minds in Minneapolis, quickly gain credit investing deal experience under your belt, and have exposure to senior management on processes such as sourcing and origination.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 1-2+ years of investment banking experience
- Strong modeling, analytical, valuation, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to present complex information to key internal/external stakeholders
Responsibilities:
- Perform company/industry due diligence
- Monitor existing portfolio companies, evaluating platform and add-on acquisitions as well as potential exit opportunities
- Conduct financial modeling/analysis incorporating various business projections/capital structures
- Assist the team with ad hoc project
