Our client is one of the largest Quantitative Funds in China. They are looking for Product Managers base in Beijing who have strong soft skills (communication and flexibility) and solid experience in managing systems.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for designing the company's middle-back office systems
- Conduct business demand analysis, independently generate analysis reports, and specify project plans
- Design demand plans, write demand specifications, organize demand reviews, coordinate internal and external resources, and actively drive solution implementation
- Plan product version iterations, coordinate and promote IT development work, and lead user acceptance testing
- Follow up on product implementation, continuously optimize product functions, and address daily operational issues
- Stay up-to-date on technology trends and industry dynamics to maintain the advancement of product solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with preferred majors in applied mathematics, financial engineering, computer science, or finance
- CFA Level 1 certification and fluency in both Chinese and English
- Familiarity with product design tools like Axure and Visio, and the ability to independently create product demos
- Ability to understand and write simple code in languages like Python and SQL
- Proactive learning and working ability, with the capacity to learn new business technologies, plan work, break down tasks, and achieve expected results
- Strong communication skills and stress management abilities
- Preferential experience in fund operations, quantitative trading, or related fields
