Position: Real Estate Acquisitions Analyst/Associate

Overview:
A Real Estate Private Equity firm located in New York City with over $2B in AUM is looking for a Real Estate Acquisitions Analyst/Associate to join their growing team. The position will focus on Opportunistic and Value-add investments across all asset classes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop financial models to analyze real estate investment opportunities and provide insights to the team.
- Source, underwrite, and execute investment transactions.
- Create investment reports and presentations for clients.
Qualifications:
- 1 - 4 years of experience at a real estate brokerage, private equity firm, or investment bank.
- Must be proficient in Argus and have experience investing in office assets.
