Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee the daily operations of cash management, including payment processing, reconciliation, and investigations, to ensure efficient and optimal payment processes.
- Lead and mentor a team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to maximize performance, foster collaboration, and enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Act as an expert in identifying operational risks, implementing robust control mechanisms to mitigate risks, ensure compliance, and protect organizational assets and interests.
- Manage and supervise strategic projects and initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams and effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and successful project outcomes.
- Develop, execute, and monitor strategic plans and initiatives aligned with organizational goals, driving innovation, efficiency, and growth while minimizing risks and optimizing resource allocation.
- Continuously improve and optimize operations by leveraging data-driven insights, industry best practices, and stakeholder feedback to enhance processes, streamline workflows, and achieve operational excellence.

Requirements:
- University degree holder.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in cash management, payment operations, and project management within the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of success in leading and developing high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and implementing strategic initiatives.
- Strong team player with effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
