Description
My client is seeking a mid-senior level Compliance Data Analytics Officer to perform the collection, aggregation, analysis and visualization of customer, product, and transaction data. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills, a deep knowledge of BSA/AML transaction monitoring systems, and be able to liaise with senior internal stakeholders. Similarly, this individual will develop and test tools, systems, and changes in line with policy and regulatory expectations.
This role will also require a candidate to develop knowledge of new analytical techniques and data sources that provide ongoing risk mitigation, and how emerging data and technology issues may impact the achievement of BSA/AML Compliance Department's objectives. These objectives include, but are not limited to, applying data from BSA/AML Compliance Department findings to translate qualitative risk factors into responsive risk models.
Qualifications
- 10 years of BSA/AML/OFAC compliance experience
- Knowledge of customer on boarding, customer due diligence, and/or periodic reviews
- Knowledge of vendor BSA/AML transaction monitoring systems (Actimize)
- Proficient in SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Azure, Power-BI, and Oracle
- ACAMS certified or other equivalent industry certification is a plus
