Responsibilities
- Participate in origination, structuring, and execution of DCM related transactions
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with existing and new or potential clients
- Participate and educate junior team members on execution activities
- Maintain relationship with both internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Strong experience within Debt Capital Markets especially within convertible bonds and government bonds
- Solid education background attained from related disciplines
- Knowledge and experience within DCM transactions across Greater China
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English
