We are looking for an experienced credit structurer to join our client, one of the top financial services firms based in Dubai. As the Credit Structurer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing structured solutions across fixed income products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop bespoke financing structures that meet clients' requirements
- Work closely with traders and salespeople to ensure successful implementation of transactions
- Conduct market research on industry trends
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders
Qualifications & Skills Required:
1) Fixed Income experience - prior work as a FI specialist or analyst is required.
2) Solutions structuring expertise - Ability to structure complex deals leveraging both internal resources (sales/trading/credit/legal teams), external vendors / technology platforms (e.g., Bloomberg PORT).
3) Knowledgeable about relevant sectors such as Middle East banking landscape.
4) Arabic language proficiency preferred but not essential.
5) VP level experience desired within investment banks/brokerages/hedge funds/private equity firms.
