Position: VP/Director - EGB Repo Trader
Location: London
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead EGB Repo Trading desk for effective risk management and profitability.
- Develop and implement trading strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Manage relationships with clients, counterparties, and internal teams.
- Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
- Stay updated on market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes.
Qualifications:
- Proven success as an EGB Repo Trader at VP/Director level.
- In-depth knowledge of European Government Bond markets and repo trading.
- Strong analytical skills for market data interpretation.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
