We're currently representing our client, an Asian international bank in Hong Kong who's looking to add a corporate sales to their global markets department.
Responsibilities:
- Support foreign exchange (FX) and FX-related services for corporate clients, including small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and mid-cap companies, through various channels.
- Collaborate with relationship managers to identify and deliver treasury solutions for valuable customers.
- Assist in the digitisation initiatives of the Global Markets (GM) Sales team, including digitising information, implementing robotic process automation (RPA) and automation, and establishing relevant frameworks, processes, procedures, and documentation.
- Drive digital sales initiatives to improve customer and product penetration, customer outreach, and sales productivity.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (business units, legal, compliance, IT, transaction banking) on various sales and digital projects.
- Train the existing sales force to market the digital solutions to the client base.
Requirements:
- Solid experience with proven track record of selling FX products to a related client base
- Strong education background attained from relevant majors
- Knowledge of data analysis and programming such as Excel VBA, SQL, PowerBI, etc.
- Proficiency within written and spoken English and Mandarin
