Introduction:
Our client is seeking an experienced professional who can help expand their institutional client business in LATAM by providing expert guidance on Interest Rate Swaps, Asset Swaps and Inflation Swaps.
Responsibilities:
As a LATAM Rates Sales Expert your primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Developing new relationships with institutional clients primarily Latin America
- Managing existing client accounts while identifying opportunities to increase revenue.
- Providing market insight regarding interest rates swaps, asset swaps, inflation swap etc. across both G10 and EM.
- Generating ideas that add value or reduce costs through innovative structures
Qualifications:
1) Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience selling financial products/services such as OTC derivatives specifically targeting Institutional Clients across Latin American region(s)
2) Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is desirable due to target client base.
3) Knowledgeable about Latam markets - Understanding local regulatory frameworks is essential;
4) Strong analytical background including proficiency using Excel/VBA/Macro programming languages
6 ) Excellent communication skills both written & verbal ability.
