Overview:
The agency broker is seeking a highly experienced professional for the role of Senior US Hedge Fund Rates Sales. This position offers flexibility in location with access to global offices. The role primarily involves cultivating and managing relationships with hedge fund clients based in the United States, providing expert advice and execution services in rates products. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in rates sales focused on US hedge funds, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and a proven track record in driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with hedge fund clients in the United States, understanding their investment strategies and objectives, and delivering customized rates solutions.
- Sales Execution: Execute trades in rates products such as government bonds, interest rate swaps, and related instruments, ensuring efficient execution and superior client service.
- Market Expertise: Stay informed about market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes affecting rates products, providing timely insights and recommendations to clients.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand business within the US hedge fund sector, driving growth in market share and revenue for the agency broker.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams including research, trading, and compliance to deliver integrated solutions and exceptional client outcomes.

Qualifications:
