Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Build and manage a high-performance sales team that is focused on delivering results.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with overall business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Extensive experience in sales.
- Proven track record of success in building and managing high-performance sales teams.
- Deep understanding of the local markets such as securities, family offices, and small-medium institutions.
- Strong client relationships covering non-flow, structured products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in Korean and English.
